Great hat, Great support

I originally wrote a review, taking a couple stars off because my support email was not responded to. They somehow didn't get it, but upon contacting them again, they did respond, and apologized for not seeing the first email. They were quick and nice, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. That's all you can really ask for in support, and more than you get most of the time!

Now on to the hat, the actual thing I'm reviewing. It's great. I don't remember what I said in my original review exactly, but the hat feels amazing. Very sturdy and soft (I got a corduroy hat). A bit small for my large head though. I wish they had larger sizes. Love the design too.

Don’t sleep on this one.

The fit and finish are perfect. The comfiest hat I own. Surprisingly breathable for corduroy. The bamboo and cork bill is new for me and I really like how it holds its shape. I’d buy this corduroy hay in every design and color they had.
