You’ve found our Warranty and Return Policy! We’re sorry you’ve had to find this info, but no matter the issue, we’re here to help and we’ll make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, no matter what.  

New/unused condition? 

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, no problem, we’ll take back any product in new/unused condition within 30 days of order, no questions asked. Please contact support at info@rustek.co to authorize your return, and we will send you a return label for your purchase:

Defective/dissatisfied?

We will replace your defective or damaged product within 1 year of purchase if your hat is found to be in any way unsatisfactory. All we require is:
1.) Your shipping address.
2.) A photograph of your product, documenting the issue and model/color of your product
3.) Your order #, confirmation or purchase date (we get it, sometimes these are gifts or bought in person and not all of this information is available)

We reserve the right to evaluate warranty and return claims and reject any warranty or return policy claim we deem to be outside of the terms of the policy. Your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our #1 priority and we'll do anything within reason to make sure you are fully satisfied.
Due to the nature and use of the product, wood stickers are exempt from our warranty. New, unused product can still be returned indefinitely.
